Can I use a discount/coupon/promo code when placing my order?

Yes, a valid Code would need to be entered at checkout.

Do you ship internationally (esp. to Canada)?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to addresses in the Continental US.

Can I pay using a prepaid gift card, like Visa Gift Cards?

Currently, we do not accept prepaid gift cards.

I am not receiving any emails confirming either my initial order or shipping confirmation email.

Please be sure to check your Spam & Junk mail folder as often times many email service providers place order confirmation emails in those folders.

What if I want to exchange my item(s) for another size and/or color?

I am on the west coast and cannot get a hold of anybody on the phone to talk to about an order or a problem I have with my order or a product.

How do I order a sample of Fabric?

We do not offer fabric swatches for our fabrics by the yard. In many cases, it is hard to determine if the material will work simply by viewing the computer screen. The best option is once you have narrowed down your selection is to purchase a single (1) yard of the fabric. Please note that fabric is not returnable but often customers can use the material to create a decorative pillow or use it to cover a few chairs.

What if the wrong item (size or color) was shipped to me in error?

We are very careful when picking orders and have a multi part picking process, if an error occurs and is our mistake, please email customerservice@portandbay.com, or call our 800 # at 833-266-5773.

Can I pay using more than one credit card to split the payment?

Presently, you must use only one credit card to pay for your entire order.

What is the process for exchanges (is it the same as returns?)

I selected expedited or next day shipping yesterday when I placed my order but I do not see that it has shipped.

Our warehouse, operates Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, orders placed by 7pm Eastern Standard Time will take 2 business days to prepare and ready for shipping.

I ordered from you online, can I return at your store?

We currently only have retail stores in the state of Maine. Orders can be returned in person, be sure to bring the original packing slip that came with the product for fastest service, note shipping fees are not returnable.

I have not received a tracking number by email that my order has shipped.

Our warehouse ships products out Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Please allow 2-3 business days to process, pick, and prepare your order.
