Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund, or merchandise credit within 30 days of receiving an order.
In order to receive a full refund, exchange, or merchandise credit, all merchandise being returned must be unassembled, unused, and in original packaging. Items must include all original packaging, package inserts and/or labels, and law tags (if applicable) must remain attached to the product. Product with damaged or missing packaging, or that is not saleable, will not be eligible for a refund.
Select items are unable to be returned. They include:
- Pillow Protectors
- Bed Pillows
- Mattress Pads
- Mattress Covers
- Final Clearance Items
- Fabric by the Yard (NO RETURNS when under 10 Yards, 25% restocking fee over 10 yards)
Included with each order is a packing slip that includes your order detail. Please refer to this paperwork when returning or exchanging item(s).
Once the return is processed you will receive an email regarding the refund to your original form of payment. Note – shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Process
Return by Mail for Refunds / Exchanges
- Be sure you follow our above Return Policy.
- Using the same packaging we shipped the product to you in, package everything up.
- Ship via the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS, Etc.) to:

Returns for Damaged or Defective Shipment
- Keep all boxes, cartons, and packages.
- Email customerservice@portandbay.com any images of the damaged product(s) or carton(s) and please note your Order # in the email.
- Customer service will respond quickly – note that our customer service is M-F from 9:30 am – 5:00 pm.
- We will try to rectify the situation with replacement product(s) and will instruct you what will occur with the damaged item(s)
